Oksana Akinshina (?????? ?????????) (b. April 19, 1987) is a Russian actress, who became well-known for the leading role in the Swedish film Lilya 4-ever by Lukas Moodysson. Born in (then Leningrad) Saint Petersburg, (then Soviet Union) Russia, she started acting at the age of 12.
